The Solid Fill and Quick Text options are located on the Display tab of the Options dialog box. The Groups and Hatch options are located on the Selection tab of the Options dialog box. The Ortho, Blips, and Highlight options are controlled through the ORTHOMODE, BLIPMODE, and HIGHLIGHT system variables.
